Sitara Brooj Akbar is the female holder of both Pakistani and world records based on her passing of O Level between the ages of 9 and 11.
She passed her first O Level Exam in Chemistry at nine years of age, a record in Pakistan. Sitara succeeded in setting her first world record after passing O-level Biology at the age of 10. In addition to this honour, Sitara also holds the title of being the youngest Pakistani candidate of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and successfully attained seven bands out of nine, scoring 7.5 in the testing system.
